We want you to be a fan of Dorm Decor and  love your dorm room. We will happily allow returns of non-custom items. Custom items include bed skirts with ribbon trim added, drapery with custom hem, drapery with ribbon or fabric trim added, anything monogrammed, freighted items, special order items and anything which indicates custom on the product description.

Returns should  be made by shipping or returning your items to Dorm Decor within 21 days of receipt of your items. After 21 days we will give store credit for any new, unused, and unwashed item(s).  Sale items are always FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit.  All custom items and monogram items are not eligible for return or store credit.  Please call us 888-874-8778 if you have questions about a return.

Please click here to print a Return Authorization Form to include with your return. We ask that you download and fill out the form, email us a copy, and include a printed copy with your return. Please return your items in the original packaging and box. We do not offer refunds or store credits on items that are damaged in transit, so please package your item accordingly. We suggest when purchasing your return postage, that you also purchase insurance and to keep your postage receipt with your tracking information. Only items received in our warehouse will be credited for a refund or store credit. Dorm Decor does not offer price adjustments on items previously purchased.
